| Yaak Air Force Station, Montana housed a long range USAF (“Blue-Suit”) Early Warning radar site. The site was manned by members of the 680th Aircraft Control and Warning Squadron in the 1950's. As sites were shut down and modernized, the 680th moved to Palermo AFS, NJ in 1962. |
